Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up waiting over 20 minutes with no one at the front desk. During that time, I called multiple times while standing there — not a single response. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. On top of that, their prices are unreasonably high for the service you get, and their gift card policy is a joke. They only allow you to use it for two months, and then they start charging a penalty. It feels like a deliberate trap to squeeze more money out of people. Between the long wait, being ignored, overpriced services, and shady gift card terms, I won’t be coming back — and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I never write reviews online but due to horrible service and feelings of someone screwing me over I felt I had to share my experience with this bad place that I will never come back to nor recommend. I made an appointment for my husband after receiving a gift card for his birthday back in February. We are talking about less than 6 months. Apparently their gift card is only for 2 months. We are in a time of war where my husband was in service. When I tried to explain this to the not very nice woman she didn’t care. She said there’s a 100 NIS penalty if I wanted to use the gift card (which is around 25% of the service). The whole experience left me extremely unhappy; Even though I didn’t cancel the appointment. When my husband came, surprisingly the appointment was canceled. It wasn’t easy for him to get there but she didn’t care. No one was there and wouldn’t come back. We will never go back there. Overpricing and bad bad service. Just because it’s in Herzlyia Pitu’akh doesn’t mean they can screw people over although that’s exactly how I feel. Never go there!!!

שירות לקוחות מחפיר - איחרתי לתור ב-5 דק׳ כדי לגלות מקום ריק ונעול. לא התקשרו לשאול היכן אני, ולא סביר שהספיקו לנעול ולהשאיר חשוך תוך 5 דק׳. כשהתקשרתי לשאול היכן הם, ענו לי בצעקות שהעזתי לאחר.

כבר כמה פעמים שהגעתי לקבל עיסוי בסמייל תאי המקום נעים ונקי, השרות מעולה כולם אדיבים מאוד, העיסוי מקצועי ניתן לראות שהמעסים בעלי ניסיון בתחום. בסוף המסטז' מפנקים עם כוס תה וכיבוד והמחיר סביר למיקום. בפעם האחרונה שהגעתי עם צוואר תפוס לאחר עיסוי שקיבלתי מקון המקסים יצאתי כמו חדשה והסתובבתי כמו בלרינה:-
